Better Health Through Better Nutrition

The Good News!

"The good news is that we don't need medical breakthroughs or genetic manipulation to achieve, maintain, and restore vibrant health. A half century of research-both mine and that of many others-has convinced me of the following:

  • What you eat every day is a far more powerful determinant of your health than your DNA or most of the nasty chamicals lurking in your environment
  • The foods you consume can heal you faster and more profoundly than the most expensive prescription drugs, and more dramatically than the most extreme surgical interventions, with only positive side effects.
  • Those food choices can prevent cancer, heart disease, Type 2 diabetes, stroke, macular degeneration, migraines, erectile dysfunction, and arthritis-and thats only the short list.
  • It's never too late to start eating well. A good diet can reverse many of those conditions as well.
In short: change the way you eat and you can transform your health for the better."

Deep Nutrition Farm

A Different Model

Typical plant nutrition programs for vegetable crops focus almost exclusively on driving plant growth, with little consideration given to plant health and quality.

At Deep Nutrition Farm we use a fundamentally different model. Our nutritional model is designed to increase plant health and immune function. We believe we can have a significant impact on plant health and quality by strategically ensuring adequate nutrition at critical stages.

The key stages for vegetable crops are: planting and transplanting, building plant frame, flowering, and filling fruit. At Deep Nutrition Farm we work to ensure complete nutrition and active soil biology at these critical points of influence.

The result is increased plant vigor, pest and disease resistance, increased yields, better flavor, higher nutrient levels, longer shelf life, increased demand for the foods we grow, and healthier people.
